One of the extra delights of being a writer for young adults and younger readers is working as a writer in schools, taking writing workshops. The imagination displayed by students is often suprising and inspiring. When I can, I collect student work, or encourage students to send me the work they've completed during my visit. I've recently cleaned up these pages to eliminate some repetition but I've kept some favourite examples of older student work, and will continue to put current work in the galleries you can find to the left.
